Hey. I'm Paris. Come on in.

I am a poet, artist, model, writer, and movement teacher who believes creativity is how we come home to ourselves. I build the rooms where women remember who they are. This is one of them.

When you make something,
you heal something.

I have spent two decades living this out. In shelters and on stages, on yoga mats and in boardrooms, through poetry and movement and honest conversation. Creativity is not a hobby. It is how we stay whole.

The Story

I am more than
one thing.
So are you.

I am a poet. A writer. A model. A movement teacher. A community founder. A yoga and Pilates instructor. A meditation guide. A speaker. An artist who found her footing through creativity when nothing else held.

I grew up across 16 schools. I navigated homelessness as a teenager. I walked into a wellness world that did not make room for my body, my culture, or my story. So I stopped waiting for the room. I built one.

Nike called. CNN called. Forbes, Essence, and Self Magazine called. I became the first global plus-size yoga athlete for Nike and centered my poem "A Thousand Black Women" in their global campaign. I co-founded the first Black woman-owned body-positive yoga studio in the United States. I opened The Brooklyn Wellness Club in Bed-Stuy on Juneteenth 2023.

All of it, every bit of it, grew from the same belief. Creativity is how we come home to ourselves. The yoga, the poetry, the modeling, the writing, the community. One practice. Many doors. Come in through whichever one calls you.

What I know to be true

"Creativity is the most underrated healing tool we have. I have staked my whole life on it."

Not as metaphor. Not as a side project. As a daily practice. As medicine. As the thing that held me when nothing else did. I built my entire world around this truth and I want to share it with yours.

Ways to Work Together

Many doors.
One world.

I show up as a poet, a model, a teacher, a writer, and a founder depending on the day. But it is all one world. However you find me, on a mat, on a stage, on screen, in a workshop, in a 1:1 session, you get all of me. And I make space for all of you.

What Shifts

What women
say happens
in my world

"People love being here. They remember themselves. They step into their purpose. They love up on themselves harder. That is everything to me."
i.

You get inspired

Not the kind that fades by Monday. The real kind. The kind that makes you pick up the pen again. Sign up for the class. Have the conversation you have been putting off. Something in you wakes back up.

ii.

You get centered

The noise quiets. The to-do list loosens its grip. Through breath, movement, and presence you find the still place inside yourself. It has been there all along. Waiting for you to slow down enough to feel it.

iii.

You love up on yourself

Not as a concept. As a lived practice. I create the conditions for women to look at themselves, their bodies, their stories, their whole lives and find something worth celebrating. Every single time.

iv.

You find your story

And the courage to tell it. Whether through poetry, movement, writing, or just being in a room full of women doing the same thing, something unlocks. Your experience is not a liability. It is your most powerful material.

v.

You step into your purpose

This one surprises people most. They came for a yoga class. They leave with clarity. They came for a workshop. They leave with direction. They came to a retreat. They leave as themselves again. Whatever door you walk through, something moves.

Real Words

These aren't
before & afters.
These are becomings.

The women who move with me, write with me, learn with me. They do not just feel better for a week. Something shifts in how they see themselves and it does not go away.

"Paris does not just teach yoga. She creates a whole world where you feel safe enough to actually show up in your body. I have tried so many classes in this city and nothing has ever felt this real. I cry sometimes. And that is exactly the point."

— Amara J., Brooklyn

"I came in guarded and left feeling like myself. Whoever that is, I want more of her."

— Simone W., BWC Retreat

"She brought our entire team back to life in one session. The energy in that room was unlike anything a corporate retreat has ever given us."

— Corporate Client, NYC

"Working with Paris 1:1 completely changed how I talk to myself about my body. I did not expect to laugh this much but here we are."

— Dominique R., Manhattan

"The poetry workshop made me realize I had a voice I'd been sitting on for years. Paris gave me permission to use it."

— Workshop Participant, Bed-Stuy
